The children’s educational development is enriched by active participation of parents and groups from within and outside the school community in the following ways:
- Parents Helpers; In learning spaces/classrooms
- Excursions
- Sporting Activities
- Whole School Community Events/Welcome Picnics/ School Concert
- School Advisory Board
- School Assemblies and Liturgies
- Mother’s Day/Father’s Day Store
Parents who can assist in school are required to have completed a School Induction Program and have a current Working with Children check. This applies to all work within classrooms and assisting on school excursions.
